I had to ship my Honda accord from northern California to southern California and was in a time crunch at COSMOS AUTO INC were very professional and understanding of my situation and assured me they would do their best to get it done as quickly as possible and once I placed my order with them before I knew it they had it assigned to a carrier the very next day and was delivered when they said it was going to be delivered VERY PROFFESIONAL , EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I Highly recommend them REASONABLE PRICES AND GREAT SERVICE if I ever need to ship my vehicle again will be going straight back to them  (more)

Trying to arrange my sons move from California to Pennsylvania and finding a company that was reputable yet provided a reasonable expense for shipment, was very time-consuming and scarey. Once you begin to check on the various companies, you begin to read horror stories about these services. We were very fortunate to have chosen Cosmos Auto. They offered the most reasonable price, arrived on the preferred date of pickup, delivered the vehicle the date we were told and delivered the car right to the door. We were very pleased and surprised that everything happened without a hitch and would highly recommend Cosmo Auto to anyone trying to decide which carrier to choose.  (more)

Pickup and delivery marked never because I cancelled prior to pickup. And COSMOS' story will undoubtedly make me out to be some bad, overbearing, jackwagon...so be it. This was a frustrating and horrible experience. Read the contract carefully as it is extremelyone sided which is OK if COSMOS would have been upfront and upheld their end of the contract and even if you abide by the contract, miracles happen in different time zones like finding a carrier after looking for two weeks and requesting cancellation mere hours ago so you are not afforded the opportunity to react and respond. I lost 50.00 in this ordeal which I feel to be a savings compared to the customer service received or lack thereof. I would suggest finding another transporter.  (more)
