How All Coast Auto Transport works
You begin by requesting a free quote from All Coast Auto transport by providing your vehicle details, pickup and delivery locations, and preferred dates. A transport specialist will work with you and give you transparent pricing for the service.
After you confirm the booking, All Coast arranges a licensed, fully insured carrier to handle your vehicle. You'll receive both an email and phone call from the specialist, and later the assigned driver contacts you directly to confirm pickup details.
At the agreed time and location, the driver arrives for pickup. At that point, a detailed inspection(Condition report/Bill of Lading) is done with you and the driver noting any existing vehicle condition (dents, scratches, mileage). Both parties sign this document, which stays with the vehilce throughout the transport.
Your vehicle is loaded onto a carrier trailer(often open carrier; enclosed may be arranged if available). The carrier then transports your vehicle toward the destination. During transit, All Coast or the driver may provide updates, and you'll be given contact info so you can stay informed.
Before delivery, the driver contacts you to schedule an approximate delivery time. At delivery, you inspect the vehicle again and compare it with the pre-transport report. If no new damage is observed, you sign off and complete the process. Any transport damage must be documented on the Bill of lading at delivery to be valid for insurance claims.
