I delt with a nice guy named Joe from the transporting company Alena Enterprises and he had been very courteous with information and whereabouts of my vehicle. We were also able to meet at the location of my choosing to pick up the car. In the future I had rather talk directly to the company thats delivering the car and not the broker I worked with. Thank you Alena Enterprises transport for your great customer service and information. (more)

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PROMPTNESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. DRIVER WAS VERY NICE AND HONEST. WE FORGOT WALLET IN OUR CAR FULL OF CASH AND CREDIT CARDS AND DRIVER JOE TOLD US TO CALL ALENA AND SHE MAILED US OUR WALLET SAME DAY.WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN .THANK YOU (more)

: CARBEWARE: VEHICLES DELIVERED LATE AND DAMAGED, ALENA WON'T PAY
Our two vehicles were supposed to be delivered within 5-7 days, however it took 9 days, costing us an extra $50 for a rental car.
The vehicles were delivered to a parking lot near my house and were completely covered in road salt. The driver insisted that I sign a waver stating that the vehicles were in good condition although I pointed out that I could not adequately inspect them because of the salt. When I got home and washed the salt off my car, I discovered damage to the rear quarter and rear bumper of my vehicle. Alena enterprises refuses to acknowledge responsibility for the damage, because I signed the bill accepting the vehicles, although I have "before" and "after" photos proving the damage. : WARNING DO NOT USE
I had an auto shipped to me from NJ. Alena promised within a week. I received it 18 days later with 50 extra miles on the odometer, no gas, low tire pressure and A THREE INCH SCRATCH ON A NEW CAR. They delivered it over 45 miles from my location. So far I am out $1300. DO NOT USE!!!! WARNING!!!! (more)

: Dishonest Company
Vehicle had 100+ miles when I received from Port. When I questioned Alena Enterprises about this she lied and told me that she knew nothing about this. I asked her to call me back regarding the mileage and never heard from her. When I spoke with the holding area in San Diego they advised me that they received the car. with the additional mileage. They also advised me that they record the mileage once it is received prior to putting vehicle on the ship. If you use this company you will notice that their bill of lading form does not specify the number of miles on the vehicle. A word to the wise, take a pic of the odometer with a date that it was picked up, thereby alleviating any problems. I was advised that my car was driven 5 miles to the transport truck that was being driven to the port in San Diego. Obviously the truck was 95 miles further than what I was told. There is something to be said about honesty!! (more)

When I call I didn't know anything about shipping my vehicle. They assisted me with the process and made it very simple. They told me what to expect and whom to contact if I had any problems. I also asked them to list their top 5 competitors and they did. That is the best part. They are most helpful and the easiest to contact when I had questions. They also contacted me to make sure the move/transportation went well. The Company was awesome and I will use them again (more)

Alena enterprise called to schedule a pick up of our vehicle around lunch time one day but called untimely 6 AM the next morning to pick up. Then, they called on Thanksgiving day informing us that our vehicle would arrive at the origin. The difficulty was that we were told to expect our vehicle in 7-10 days, and no one was available for delivery. They agreed to drop the vehicle off without a contact but required that we wire the money. It was firm to set up the wire transfer because it was a holiday weekend and Alena enterprises provided numerous wrong account numbers. (more)
