I booked a car transport with Roadrunner last week, ignoring the mountains of online complaints in order to save a few hundred bucks. Extremely unprofessional. After they told me they lost my order and got me confused with someone else, I expressed concern about vehicles getting mixed up. Don't even consider. Applied online for a quote for NY to LA. Email quote for $1075. Phone call raised quote to $1200. Was phoned by "Jerry" during first call and he left VM.
