Pioneer Auto Express Corp - Review

I had issues the day my vehcle was picked up. My daughter had the veicle in D.C for college. It had been transported back and forth several times. Unfortunately i lost the name and number of the company I used. I was refered to pioneer by Cosmos auto transport. The driver arrived and told my daughter she could not have personal items in the car. She had no where else to put them since she was leaving for the airport and was never told that prior. In the prior transports she has had her personal items in the car. I called and spoke to Jay who said the car woul dweight too much with the items. I then spoke to Kenny Lee who said he was the owner of the company. He told me it was illegal to tranport personal items in the car. I explained to him that being in law enforcement I had never heard of that. He then changed his story and said it would weigh the truck down too much. I explained to him that ther total weight was not over 200 pounds. He was very rude and said is it ok that we discard the items if the truck is over weight at a scale. This is a very unprofessional company. You would think that in todays economy companies would work hard to please the customers , so they would not get this type of review. My daughter was told she would face the possibility of losing some of her items if the truck weighted too much. I said that fine we will file suit of any item missing or destroyed.  (more)

I had a tight schedule and was very daunted by the driver who called me honestly and actually changed his plans to meet me and my car delayed at night in a shopping mall parking lot to pick up my car. He put me at ease about my anxiety for my new car and it was delivered across the country in great condition and on time. I was definitely use this company once more.  (more)
