I was very impressed with Evergreen Auto Transport and with the driver that handled the transport of our 2 autos. The representative who handled my contract I think was named Linda. I called more than 4 weeks prior to needing their service of transporting my vehicles across the country. Failed pick-up, delivery, and customer service and somewhere someone is lying... Our vehicle was supposedly picked up and we didnt find out until past our delivery time that it was still at its origional location! This has been a nightmare transaction. Missleading information about pick up times. I paid extra to have my car picked up expedited. It took over 1 week to have the car picked up. They claim to have the lowest quotes but when you factor in the wait and then the added cost to finally give up and go with someone else and then wait some more for your refund (if I ever see it) it is a complete waste of time and money. don't bother! The quote increased by a hundred after we agreed to price, but they said it was for a bogus rebate. We agreed to do a truthful review for the hundred rebate.
