When we set up transport we were told that we could put 100 pounds of personal items in the car. My son packed 159 lbs. of clothing and was charged $100 for the extra 59 lbs. Stating on January 02, 2014 and until today January 31, 2014 car is not delivered.
Pickup was in Michigan and delivery should have been in state of Washington.
