Skip and Lisa were very efficient, courteous and professional. My car was covered as advertised and handled very gently. In my instance the car actually arrived a day early but obviously that was just luck and I would not count on that. My vehicle was not covered and the hood was damaged. The hood and glass was vandalized with scratches. Mike at Intercity Lines was impertanent and rude. He wouldn't offer me the time of day when I filed my complaint.
