I was initially quite concerned about moving my car all the way across the country.
These guys are pros.
they responded in person on a saturday
the car was picked up on wednesday and the driver was in constant communication up to the pick and drop off date
car was delivered on time and as promised

Do not use this company. After assuring me both in writing and on the phone that if they were unable to find a carrier for my car, they would refund my money, I never received it. Long story short, the rep I worked with was completely incommunicative and never returned phone calls or emails after mis-scheduling the pickup date. Still have not heard back from them after cancelling the deposit with my credit card company and emailing/ calling them to tell them I want to cancel my order Read more ....

According to Joseph everything they did are right including 1). Misinforming me about the deposit 2). Dispatching someone without my consent 3). Lying to me that my deposit will be refunded 4). Avoiding email communication because they dont want a paper trail 5).Threatening me not to post bad reviwes.
