Snowbird Auto Transport - Review

Arrangements were made for a car pick-up via a dispatch company and Snowbird Express took the job. I was notified by the dispatch company (an efficient company that is not part of Snowbird Express) that the driver would show-up within 24 hours and call 12 hours ahead to make arrangements. The driver never called within the required time so the dispatcher called him. The driver said he was 35 miles from pick-up point but had to get another car first......he then put the blame on his wife for not calling 12 hours ahead as he claimed it was her job to do so. Two more hours went by and the driver had still not called the pick-up conntact so the dispatch company called him again.....the driver then stated that he had already left the pick-up area and decided not to pick-up the car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......after he agreed 24 hours earlier to take the job!  (more)

Snowbird Auto Transport was priced lower than larger companies but I was impressed by the personal service and the fact that I always spoke to the same knowledgeable person each time I called.They continually kept me updated on the status of the transportation and never wondered the status as they called me and kept me in the loop at every step.My car arrived on schedule, with no problems, no damage. This was my first dealing with an auto transport broker and I was somewhat nervous. Snowbird Auto Transport worked very well with me as far as coordinating pickup and drop dates during the holidays. Only difficulty I had was in getting accurate driver information and having the driver contact the pickup point in a timely fashion but my Car was handled with care, and on time for pick up and early for drop off. My car arrived in excellent condition and I would use this company in future.I am absolutely SATISFIED!  (more)

It was my first time shipping a car and the service was great. The service I received was excellent. After comparing several companies, I decided to go with Snowbird Auto Transport. They provided the best quote for my car to be shipped from California to Massachusetts. They didn't ask for a deposit until they had a driver. Even though there was a terrible snowstorm in colorado, this company shipped my vehicle without any problems. I will definitely be using this service again and I highly recommend it to others.  (more)
