Description

A top-notch auto shipper with A-1 customer service and inexpensive prices. Don't be mislead. Our happy customers far out number our unhappy customers. We have shipped 2,757 cars since we started receiving reviews here on this site and our happy customers vastly outnumber our rare unhappy customers. We can't please everyone 100%, but we certainly try! Its just very difficult getting them to leave a positive review. Of the 2,757 customers we have had in that time, only 23 have left negative reviews. That is only 0.83% of our recent overall business. Logically thinking we could not be in business if 50% of our customers were unhappy and were refunded or did charge backs. We are looking forward to

Horrific experience. They promise to drop your car off with doorr to door service but who knows when the drop of will actually occur. They keep my car for a week longer than promised. The worst part was that it turns out the car had been sitting in a warehouse for multiple days. I expressed the urgency of obtaining my Read more ....

Issue: Untrusting Julien Jones (Official Auto Transport) mis-quoted us and we were forced to pay the driver more. Then when Julien Jones (Official Auto Transport) PROMISED a refund of the overage, he never kept his promise. We were overcharged by $100 because Julien said we owed 700 to the driver, but the driver was told by Julien Jones (Official Auto Read more ....

Julien's quote of $605 to transport my car from NJ to FL was one of the lowest out of what seemed like 100 emails I received. After reading through mostly positive reviews I decided to go with Julien and Official Auto Transport. However, I did called Julien and insisted on paying the full amount with my Amex, which he agreed Read more ....
