This company is TERRIBLE. They were so late on picking up the vehicle that it was actually outside of the guaranteed timeframe, however, after mulitple calls to multiple employees, they REFUSE to reimburse based on what I signed at the outset. This is really very very poor customer service I have seen. Any time you call, only the operator picks up the phone and you will never get hold of the actual customer service people.
