: reliable, professional, courteous trucker
This is a first rate auto transport broker. Came across a bunch of scam artists when searching online but Christian was completely on the level. Had to ship my car on short notice but he worked it out in less than 48 hours with a reliable professional courteous trucker. Prompt pick up and prompt delivery from NJ to Dallas TX. But keep in mind with whomever you use be reasonable about pickup and delivery times. Anticipate a time window for both pick up and delivery not an exact time. Thats how the business works. Net rate was very slightly higher than other quotes but easily worth the peace of mind. Will eight away use this broker whenever next I need to ship a car. (more)

: Great company with excellent service
I had moved my Sedan from Ohio to California (about 2500 miles). They picked up my car on time from Ohio and delivered it on time in California. The rate they quoted was cheaper than most of the other transport companies. They did a great job and they kept in loop and kept me well communicated. 5/5 rating from me. (more)

: Stole my deposit / never picked up my car!
I paid First Rate Auto Transport a 150 dollar deposit and they said they would pick up my car in 1 or 2 days, didnt happen. Then they were all of the sudden hard to get a hold of or to get a call returned. Finally when they did call back they offered multiple dates to pick up my car everytime it fell through on their end. Then they said they would be able to transport my car but I would have to be charged 110 more to get it done. The last straw was about THREE WEEKS AFTER I PAID THE DEPOSIT they said they could pick up my car if I drove it 60 miles from the pick up address to the interstate to meet a driver (who most likely wouldnt show up) then somehow find a ride home, The dispatcher seriously thought that was ok. So I asked for my deposit to be refunded and I was told that they would talk to the payment guy, god knows if he did because he never called me back. So after a couple of days I called First Rate Auto Transport who of course has no clue on earth whats going on. She said that she would contact the dispatcher and figure out whats going. So the dispatcher (extremly rude for someone trying to steal my money) finally called me back and said HE DIDNT OWE ME MY DEPOSIT BECAUSE HE PROVIDED A SERVICE BY TRYING TO GET MY CAR MOVED. I explained that the service I paid for was transporting the car not trying and failing to transport the car then me paying for a good failed effort. These people honestly thought that they should be paid for their effort after 3 weeks. Keep in mind I paid the deposit in good faith and was availble during the 3 weeks period. I am a US Marine on active duty stationed in CA. I needed my car moved to FL for my wife to use. My wife is pregnant with related health issues and where I am stationed the health care is not suitable to provide for her, plus I was deploying so it was our best interest to move her home to FL. During this 3 week process my wife missed several appointments because she simply did not have a ride. First Rate Auto Transport made big promises and I trusted them and my family had to suffer because I believed them. The dispatcher was increadibily rude to both my wife and myself over the phone. They tried to increase the agreed on price. Tried to move the agreed pick up location. And after 3 weeks of all of this they lastly stole my money. I urge anyone but exspecialy people in the military that move vehicles offen to not make the same mistake I did and get robbed by First Rate Auto Transport. After all of this I called another company and for less money the car was in FL in less than 7 days from the day I first called (more)
