Exotic Transport - Review

Extremely rude man who called me with NO heads up that my car had arrived. Banks were closed and I was stressing trying to find a way to get the cash. The driver also insisted I go pick up the car from him over an HOUR away from my address! You have got to be kidding me! I am paying to have it delivered to my address! Of course when I tell this to Wes he is nowhere to be found and he stops replying to my texts. After long negotiations, I finally came to an agreement with the driver to have to delivered to my address. Unbelievable! Then when my car is delivered to me, its absolutely filthy! I know it was in an open carrier but NO WAY should it look the way it did. Could not even see through the windshield it was so dirty. It made it difficult for me to inspect the car since I could not see through the filth. A thousand bucks AINT CHEAP. It just goes to show there was little consideration for my car. I could drive my car for 3 days straight and not have it get that dirty! Furthermore, the truck driver refused to wear a mask to greet me (during COVID) had the nerve to complain upon delivering it to me saying, "most people come pick up the car". Very very disappointed in this experience.  (more)

I arrived to NYC after vacation with my family, i had reserved a limousine for us, since we are 9 people, and the company i reserved cancelled last minute on me. So i googled limo companies, and Exotic Transportation came out. I was already at the airport, i called them, they arrived within 30 minutes with brand new Limo and also the price was actually cheaper than the price i had ordered from other company. Driver was very friendly and caring. To be honest i was very impressed with this high quality service. I will definitely recommend this to everyone! This company is a top notch. Thanks  (more)

They were amazing! They picked up the vehicle earlier than scheduled and delivered it before the scheduled delivery date, in pristine condition. Dirc went above and beyond to assist me, his responses to order changes etc. were always quick, and he was always pleasant to speak with. Just ask for Dirc! I would recommend them to anyone who needs to transport a vehicle, adn will use them again.  (more)

Everything about this shipment was as ideal as it could be. They picked up the car as arranged; it was picture-perfect going into the truck and picture-perfect coming out, six days and 3,000 miles afterward. I highly suggest Exotic Car Transport.
