DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I shipped my car from CO to CA in Feb 2019. Not only did they pick it up late, they also delivered it 3 days late as well. Upon delivery, I was told the car was overweight and that I would be charged an additional $150. I was okay with this until I noticed that MY SIDEVIEW MIRROR WAS DAMAGED. A PIECE OF IT WAS BROKEN OFF, AND SOMEONE HAD ATTEMPTED TO GLUE IT BACK ON SO THAT I WOULD NOT NOTICE THE DAMAGE. THE DRIVER CLAIMED TO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT, AND SAID I NEEDED TO TAKE IT UP WITH HIS BOSS. THE FOLLOWING WEEK, I REACHED OUT TO HIS BOSS (ILLYA)AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION. HE ACCUSED ME OF BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE, YELLED AT ME, AND CLAIMED IT MUST HAVE BEEN THERE PRIOR TO SHIPPING. HE ARGUED THAT HIS DRIVER MUST HAVE JUST MISSED NOTING IT WHEN HE FIRST PICKED UP THE CAR. HE RELUCTANTLY AGREED TO REPLACE THE SIDE VIEW MIRROR BY PURCHASING IT ONLINE, HAVING IT PAINTED, AND MAILING IT TO ME. MONTHS WENT BY WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE TO MY NUMEROUS EMAILS, TEXTS, CALLS, AND VOICEMAILS. WHEN I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF HIM 4 MONTHS LATER IN JUNE, HE CLAIMED THAT HE HAD MAILED THE PART (WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE AS HE DOES NOT HAVE MY CURRENT ADDRESS). HE SAID THAT HE WOULD CALL ME BACK OR RESPOND TO MY EMAILS, BUT THAT DID NOT OCCUR. I HAVE AGAIN LEFT MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS, BUT HAVENOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. IT IS CLEAR TO ME THAT HE HAS NO INTENTION OF REPLACING THE PART AND HAS BEEN LYING TO ME AND LEADING ME ON THIS ENTIRE TIME. ELITE FLEET CONDUCT SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. AVOID THEM!!! YOU CAN GET YOUR CAR SHIPPED WITH SOMEONE ELSE FOR LESS $, AND PROBABLY NOT HAVE DAMAGE TO IT ONCE IT ARRIVES.  (more)

I must really appreciate the representative I spoke to, because he was that much useful to me. My car was received on time, which I was really worried about. Because in my past experience my car was delivered with so much dust and scratches. But dealing with the elite fleet I was much impressed and happy that my car was delivered in a safe and in the best condition. Mike at Elite Fleet, Inc have done a enhanced job for us. We contacted him many times to change the pick-up arrangements and he was patient, kind, and ready to help us out any way he could.
