I needed my 2008 Ford Mustang GT moved from Lousiana to Illinios. I searched arround and found Carnections. It was easy to get a quote. The price was the best I could find so I ordered with them. The next day I have the auto transporter there on time. He loaded the vehicle on to his truck and was on his way. He was on time delivering it in Illinios and the car was in perfect condition. I will use them again.

I was trying to figure out how I was going to get my 1955 Buick Special from my parents place in North Carolina to my place in Georgia. My truck although its a super charged V6 trailer rental places wouldn't set me up. So i did an internet search and came across Carnections. I bit of a skeptic because they came in much cheaper than all the others companies. So after a BBB check seeing an A rating and speaking with a Carnections rep. I decided to start the shipping process.I got a call 5days later to arrange pick up for the following day. The driver was right on time. My dad was apprehensive about everything and the drive put his mind at ease. The car was loaded and it's journey began. That evening I got a call from Charlie the driver and an arrival time was set up. He was right on time and and everything about this entire process couldn't have gone better. Now the proud owner of 1955 Buick aka Lucy...

Do not us this company. They are unprofessional and lack basic knowledge of the shipping customer service. My car has still not arrived and it is 5 days late! I have had to report my vehicle stolen in order to get any answers from them. They were not able to tell me an estimated day/time of arrival for my vehicle, they were not able to provide basic information such at insurance information of the driver. After much back and forth they provided EXPIRED insurance information! They require that I negotiate pick up and deliver directly from the driver. The driver claims to have been in an accident 5 days ago. The broker knew nothing about it, several days later the broker did not have the police report number, the location of my vehicle, the county or state of the accident, and a estimated time/day or arrival. I am filing a claim with my insurance company and opening an investiation. I plan to report my vehile stole. WARNING-USE AT OWN RISK! (more)

They will take your $150 deposit, then you'll never hear from them. Phone line is unresponsive, and when you finally get a call through, they will never deliver, and you'll have nothing to show for your $150. Poor customer service. No honesty. Bad attitude. No results. Take your business elsewhere! (more)

: EXCELLENT!!!
EXCELLENT!!!Really a good concern to deal with. I worked with them to get the truck picked up and delivered in a prompt manner across the country. They put me in contact with the driver of the truck, and the driver took minimum time to reach. The driver was very friendly, and everything was taken care of.
I would recommend them to all! (more)

Initaily I was worried about transporting my car across the country.But Carnections Auto Transport did a great job.The transport service driver they selected called twice enroute to keep me informed of progress. My car was loaded quickly even in my high-traffic urban area and it was delivered a day ahead of schedule in perfect shape except for road dirt.If you want the job done fast and proper contact Carnections transport and I would recommend this company to all. I am so happy with my decision and my experience with Carnections Auto Transport.Staffs at Carnections transport worked around my schedule and contacted me several times during the week to update me. Upon delivery, which was a very quick and smooth process, the driver was friendly, honest and professional and the vehicle was in fine condition. I had a very good experience shipping my vehicle with Carnections Auto Transport. I would definitely use this company again in the future and refer the company to someone who needs to transport a car. (more)

I selected this company for shipping .The car driver asked if I would mind a day delay so he could pick up another car scheduled at the last minute. Pickup was a day late but was communicated by the driver. Realizing gas prices and other costs to these guys, I had no problem with him making another pick-up .My car arrived in good condition but there was delay in delivery of my vehicle. Overall it was a good experience with their service (more)

Service was excellent and fast. The carrier was thoughtful, respectful and delivered the auto in the time frame expected and in the same conditions they picked it up. The car arrived safely. This was our first experience with transporting an automobile .This company was awesome! Easy company to deal with. The car was picked up and delivered as stated by the company. I received prompt timely updates almost everyday regarding the move, and I felt really happy and comfortable. The price was also very competitive and reasonable.
