Budget Auto Shipping - Review

Shipping a car is a bit scary - first you talk to a guy in Miami when you want to ship a car from Colorado to Hawaii. He asks you for credit card info and charges you the first part. All you get is an email. He says a guy will show up to pick up the car and you need to give him cash. Next the guy picking up your car calls one day before the last day of pick up week (I was starting to get worried), and sure enough, a big open frame truck show up the next day. The driver (very professional) takes your car after taking the cash. He give you a pink piece of paper in return for the keys - ok - have faith! Next you see your car has checked in at the MATSON site in Los Angles, and then its off on the open ocean (MATSON lets you track your car while it crosses the pacific). Finally you get a status from MATSON saying it has arrived and is ready for pickup. And it really is! Alex Duran and Budget Auto Shipping did exactly what they said they would and the car got there without any issues. I would highly recommend these guys - the whole thing seems crazy, but it really works.  (more)

I could not be more please with how efficient this company was, there staff was working almost around the clock to get my car shipped, for updated constantly and did not have any issues ! Amanda was a great help, very sweet !  (more)

Will never use them again! I had called and booked for my car to be shipped on a specific date. Not only did they mess it up the date for my pickup, they forgot to find another person to ship the car until I reminded them of it the day of it being picked up AND, when they did find someone, said it would cost me more money because of it! I am furious! It should not come out of my pocket because of their mistake.  (more)

do not use this company!!! this has been the most frustrating experience. we have been lied to for 30 days. our car was picked up in va... three days late. we were told that our car would be delivered within seven to 10 days. there have been so many lies told to us by alex that i can't even remember them all. at one point we were told that the driver fell off the truck in texas and someone else had to pick up our car. that was about day 15. at that time we were told it would be two to three more days. didn't happen. at one time we were told the driver was in califo rnia delivering cars to the port and we were next. stayed home waiting.. didn't happen. then we were told the driver was delivery cars in compton and he would be delivering to us that evening... needless to say i stayed home but no car. alex literally lied to us on a daily basis. now here we are on day 30. we finally hear from the driver. so we got the driver, larry, and alex on a three-way call. larry claims he picked our car up in north carolina not texas. there are too many lies to recount. no one wants to take responsibility for the horrible service but they all want to get paid. and guess what they have our car. very bad business. we've asked to speak to the owner, but whoever that person is they do not care enough about the client to call. you have been warned!  (more)

THE ONLY COMPANY TO USE! Excellent Honest Company! This company makes a great name for themselves. I am so grateful that we found a great company like this one. If ever needed, I would "only" go with this company. Not only did they do a good job, but they made me knowledgable in transporting and how it works. I just can't say adequate about this company!
