I unfortunately did not have a positive experience with United Auto Transport. Despite being very clear about the times when my vehicle could be picked up (morning, night); they repeatedly assigned shippers that would call and request to deliver outside the times I made clear I was available. This process has been excellent from start to finish! Angela was very professional and reliable. She was able to arrange to have my car picked up on a Saturday and delivered only two days late, on Monday morning, The fee was competitive but no one from other companies were able to provide such a quick turnaround time!
