When we set up transport we were told that we could put 100 pounds of personal items in the car. My son packed 159 lbs. of clothing and was charged $100 for the extra 59 lbs. When the carrier arrived, they required that my son pay an additional $100 or remove the items from the car. He had no choice (more)

Sounded great when setting everything up. After I signed contract it all went wrong. Pick up was a day and a half late. Delivery was scheduled for 29 Dec, delivery took place on 8 Jan. I honestly was a bit sketchy for this company because of the reviews on here but everything went out great. Will contacted me when it was needed and returned my calls for when I had questions. They contracted a transport company that ended up stealing a bunch of cars mine included. Q auto doesn't take responsibility and has not provided any consolation. They continue to beat around the bush and say the same scripted response. (more)

Stating on January 02, 2014 and until today January 31, 2014 car is not delivered.
Pickup was in Michigan and delivery should have been in state of Washington.
