When we set up transport we were told that we could put 100 pounds of personal items in the car. My son packed 159 lbs. of clothing and was charged $100 for the extra 59 lbs. Sounded great when setting everything up. After I signed contract it all went wrong. Pick up was a day and a half late. Delivery was scheduled for 29 Dec, delivery took place on 8 Jan. Stating on January 02, 2014 and until today January 31, 2014 car is not delivered.
Pickup was in Michigan and delivery should have been in state of Washington.
