Took deposit, and never shipped my car or attempt to ship it from Pa to Ga. Almost a month in, and I had to find some one else to do it and got done in 3 days.

Minivan was transported from Pembroke Pines, FL to Canton, MI. Jon Spencer initiated the order and was one of the few who could provide a driver quickly. Absolutely SUCK! They seem great on the front side and have the cheapest quote, but Jon cannot seem to return any calls, especially not once you car is shipped. All they care about is money and the drivers are assholes- yelling at you and demanding more money than was not agreed on. I do NOT recommend this company at all, Read more ....

By far the worst experience I have ever had with shipping my car. The day my car was suppose to be picked up it never happened, it took hours to get Jon on the phone and when we scheduled for the next day the company claimed the truck broke down. Jon Spencer is a dishonest con man. He took a deposit from me and preformed no service, which is fraud. He now will provide a refund. I don’t believe he ever intended to provide any service. Be aware: Lighthouse Auto Transport will trash your car, deliver it months late, and then try to overcharge you on delivery.
Charles Walker gave me a transport quote on 3/28/15 (quote #145709-ZD) and said it would ship the following week. I followed up with John Spencer early the following week, and he confirmed the schedule.

Charles neglected to inform me that I would need my car registration when I arrived at the Hilo dock, he also failed to inform me that I would need my insurance card.
