My car deadline for pick up was Sept. 1, 2005, I have email them and tell them that the deadline was over and I wanted my refund of $200. I told them that I live in New Orleans and that I need the money for food and water after my house and car got flooded. I mean these people do (more)

This was my first experience in shipping my car using the transport company and Hurst Auto Transport had the lowest price and the best rate out of all the other companies. After reading many reviews, I choose star and spoke with them who answered my questions very professionally. It was a pleasure doing business with star transport. My car was delivered in perfect condition and in time. It was a very smooth move. No problems, no delays, no busy phone lines, etc. everything went perfect. After my car was delivered I was very happy with the service, they kept me informed all the way.
