Review Description

We used this company to ship my car from Cleveland, Ohio to Atlanta, GA in August 2010. When the car arrived at the destination, they called me and said the amount of money due to the truck driver had changed. This last minute price switcheroo caused huge problems for me. Then, I filled out the online rebate form for $50. They sent me the $50 rebate check and THE CHECK BOUNCED!!!I got charged bank fees for this, and called the company to complain. They sent me two more $50 checks, one for the original rebate and one for the bank fees. ONE OF THESE CHECKS BOUNCED, TOO, and I got more bank fees. It has been almost two months since I called to complain. They are giving me the run around, their general manager Sheila does not return phone calls, they give me attitude when I call, and they keep telling me the replacement check is in the mail. It has been almost two months and nothing. What kind of company writes bad checks to its customers and does not fix the issue promptly???? BAD BUSINESS!! This company got my business, ripped me off, and now is leaving me in the lurch. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
