Review Description

Be careful with this broker -- very professional and above-average customer service; however, the actual vehicle transport service was a nightmare. Driver lost both keys to the vehicle, yet only agreed to replace one. The insurance provider pushed by AmeriFreight does not accept phone calls, does not respond to messages left on its website, and the password/log-in details provided to file claims are bogus. Requested multiple log-in credentials and all failed. Driver called at MIDNIGHT to coordinate deliver of the vehicle and threatened to return the vehicle to its original destination if we did not do as he ordered. Do not subject yourself to the catastrophe we had to endure . . .
