Review Description
After Amerifreight found a shipper the truckers cancelled because it was not on their route to my destination, however Amerifreight promptly notified me that the initial cost would be voided and kept me updated eventually finding another trucker within my contract time of 5 days. All this was happening over this years Christmas holiday yet it did not stop them from completing my contract and calling me with updates. I like the choices of expedited service levels and customer service, thanks Amerifreight.
