Horrible experience these guys are nothing more than a middle man they take their middle man pay and forget about you. I called my local Mercedes Dealership in Orlando and was given the name HIGH END TRANSPORT. I contacted them and was given a price of $1200...more than the other BROKERS but I figured that it was going to be worth it...IT WAS NOT! High end Transport did a great job. The driver was timely, called several times both before pick-up and prior to delivery to inform me about my vehicles status. I used High End Transport to transport our two cars from CA to FL. Scheduled pick-up dates were about two weeks apart and service was provided by two dissimilar carriers.
