Great service and communication. The driver was on time for pick-up and delivery. I did an online quote and deposit payment for transport. I was very pleased with the online and automated service. Once I had to actually speak with someone at Franks it was a different story. Enormous price! Prompt service! My only gripe would be the additional cost charged for paying for the whole shipping cost using credit card. You could use your credit card to make the deposit with no extra charge, but if you wanted to pay the whole amount using a credit card they charged an additional fee.
