I had never transported a car before and was extremely happy with the knowledge, honesty, and care given my employer's Ferrari 360 Spider. I have to say I was most pleased with the Federal Carrier service, the way I was treated by all involved, and particulary my phone access to the driver whenever I needed to check on his progress!
