The customer service over the phone is terrible. I have had to repeatedly request an invoice for services rendered and over a month has passed and our company still has been unable to be provided a receipt. I paid a total of $2200 for my car to be shipped from Hawaii to NY ($1072.00 to MATSON, $850.00 to Express Delivery INC, and $278.00 to South Metro Transport).
