Steve kept haggling me on the phone to sign up and low ball the price.I was suspicious from the beginiing but thoguht it was a good price.They talk nice and then suck you up.Would not provide contract and charge deposit and after that do npot refund it despite delaying shipping by 4 days.DO NOT USE THEM (more)

VIP Transportation has been so accommodating with us since the get-go. They were so friendly, easy to book, and well priced! The party bus was clean, very modern, and had plenty of space for our bridal party! Our driver Thomas was so easy to work with. These kinds of peoples are too great in obeying the customers words. The staff was so polite and helpful. . I want to thank you for being as prompt and courteous as they said you would be. I contacted VIP auto transport to confidently pick up a restored classic car from Idaho to the east coast. Speaking to Mike the dispatcher from the company was very obliging, although I was unable to use this company due to delivery dates and location.
