Review Description

The quote given compared to the total invoice was nearly double. No where in the information that I was given was the fact that there would be extra charges for wrapping furniture, taking apart a bed, tape used, etc. This was an 85 year old being moved and upsetting. They also pressured us into taking a base weight rather then scale weighed, felt like given no choice but to take what was told. Did not answer the question as to what happens when weight is less then they think. bullied us at the other end for an extra cost. No response from them.
