So first off I never leave reviews ever unless its amazing service or horrible service, just not that person. Let me tell you, THEY are AMAZING. I was literally in shock how fast they were let alone the customer service was top tier. I have AAA and they were slammed so only taking priority calls. I needed my car towed, so I called Tacoma Towing at 4:09 PM to dispatch the tow. The driver literally called me at 4:19 PM saying he was on his way. At 4:29 PM he was literally outside of my house. I was floored. AMAZING, FAST & RELIABLE. Thats not even the end. I have a one year old and the tow truck driver even helped me out with him and was just so kind, patient and extremely HELPFUL. Love everything about this business, never had such a hassle free tow experience ever. Keep up the great work!!
