My vehicle was delivered safely and intact but it was 3 days late. The dispatcher delayed delivery by one day twice. Communication with the dispatcher was good but the communication with the driver was terrible. There were multiple times when the dispatcher could not reach the driver. The driver never gave any reason for the delay but the dispatcher but the dispatcher said that the driver was having vehicle problems and trailer problems. Overall it seems like a trustworthy outfit. I am fairly satisfied with SGT service. Auto transport through SGT Auto Transport was handled with precision and care. The team provided clear preparation instructions, making pickup smooth and efficient. The driver arrived on time and transported the vehicle safely during long-distance shipping. Communication throughout the journey was timely and informative. Delivery was completed within the promised timeframe, with the vehicle in perfect condition.
