service was very cordial both on and off the phone. Communications also were excellent and very timely. Thomas was "right on the money" and the driver (john) was very cordial also and appeared to be very competent and well trained in line of work Would highly recommend your company and also would be willing to be a "reference" for any customer considering to use Mayflower Express Direct.
