They charged my credit card on 1/15 and again on 1/18 . I only authorized 1 charge. I have proof of everything, they even admitted via email that they charged me twice and would issue me a refund. I highly recommend this company to transport your vehicle. Typically we drive our Mother to Florida so she can have her car for the season.
