Review Description

This company told me that I was booked for 2 cars a month ago, I gave them all of my personal info. I had to call Kristin numerous times before she would only reply by text. She was extremely unprofessional and just rude! Each time I called to talk to a manager they would send me to a voicemail or say the managers were busy. Then Kristen texted me saying that she cancelled my order. This company is soooo bad and run very poorly! The owners John & Sharon Costelac should be ashamed of the extremely poor and unreliable customer service! They should especially focus on how unprofessional Kristen is!!! DO NOT use this company there are reasons why their ratings are so low!!!
