I had no transport show for three vehicles. Rep lied and never had a carrier assigned. Had to drive one vehicle myself at last minute over 1500 miles. They tried to say it was the rep. Did business with United as Autolog. Delivered car damaged with $1700 of repairs. After runaround for 45 days, received check for $500 saying that is the limit of their liability and additional insurance was avaialble. As a 9 year customer I was never told about addtional insurance and I think I should have been. Will never use them aain. Read more ....

This was an all over bad experience. They tell you it could take "up to 7 BUSINESS days" for the car to be picked up. I have been using united roads for over 3 years now. They move all of our vehicles. Barbara, Barbie and Thomas are all top notch.
