This company does not pay the drivers who transport the cars. They will tell you a lot of BS when you call them. It is all lies. They will not answer voice mails, they will not answer emails. They ate a RIP OFF COMPANY. They collect the money to transport, but they do not pay to be transported. Stay away from this company. (more)

: Very Professional
The driver, Mr. Hoston, was very professional and courteous. He was right on time. He communicated with us during the entire delivery process. He even texted me a photo of our vehicle loaded on the back of the trailer. This was such any easy and worry-free process. I would use Tropical Auto Carriers again and would request Mr. Charles Hoston. (more)

: Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! Car delivered to the wrong place after a few days delay!
They didn't say the car has to be empty, so we placed the order, when the driver came, he kept saying he is a driver not a mover, we have to move out everything or pay extra $150. So we took out our stuff. They guaranteed we can get our car in three days most, so we start shipping 4 days in advance. The driver still delayed for two days, I had to ask my friend drive me for two days.
I can tolerance everything. But I cant tolerance they took my car to the wrong destination! I called for the whole afternoon and the driver didn't willing to take it to the right place. So I have to ask my friend drive me another 40mins to get my car!
This company is a joke! Don't choose this place! Only bring u trouble! (more)

: Never picked up the car , still charged money.
I requested a quote and booked my vehicle for transport from New York to California , on 9/30 . They failed to pick up the
car till 10/22/2013 , and kept making lame excuses that due to toll charges in Queens , NY no one is going to pick the car
up . They dont have enough resources , and the guy Josh Little , tells me that they will charge 50.00 $ fee , for NO
service provided , and cancellation on their end as they failed to find anyone to pick the car up .
They charge the credit cards without notification , basically thats how they are making money . I have lost over 900 $ on
car rentals in California .
I shipped the car with another carrier , who picked up the car in 24 hours as per their statement .
Tropical Auto Carriers are nothing but just a couple of folks on the phone , only willing to scam people off . (more)
