: Very pleased will refer to any one in need of vehicle transport
I transported my car from Chicago to Orlando fl and I was referred by a local dealer to contact greg at sun rise auto transport So I did very pleased with the shipment and the honesty of the procedure Greg helped me prep the car as well as allowed me plenty of time to finish up my last minute chores before he picked up the car. Once in Florida the car arrived before I did and greg waited for me at my apartment complex once I arrived. Very pleased will refer to any one in need of vehicle transport (more)

: horrible experience
Avoid this company if at all possible. They were contracted by a dealership to transport my car to Texas. They damaged the car and are not willing to pay for the repairs. "Greg" the owner will not return my emails or calls. Horrific customer service. How this company stays in business is beyond me. (more)

I recommend Sunrise Auto-Transport without reservation. They were a great company to work with, always answered the phone, and were honest about times and delivery. They also cut out the middle-man price you get with National Auto Transport. Go with this company if you can. (more)

: HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
We set up with greg, the owner, to have a car shipped from Chicago to florida over a week in advance and gave him 3 days to pick the car up prior to shipping. He picked the car up on june 7th and the car was suppose to be in florida in the 11th. After not hearing from greg for 2 days, My family and I were stuck at home on vacation with no vehicle and then greg would not return calls and finally, i got a call back on the 13th after the car was already 2 days late that it would be arriving on the 14th because the car was never put on the trailer until the 11th of june when it was suppose to already be in florida ! Sun rise Auto transport is just like how everybody said they would be. They are crooks and scammers. Dont trust them because they will make your delivery late and Greg the owner does not answer to any calls and text messages which is the worst feeling as a customer especially when he has my car. He doesnt know how to handle a business and doesnt know how to stick to his own words.I myself should have searched up reviews of this company before using them. All of these horrible reviews are True and do not doubt it. (more)

Greg was a real professional, we were put in touch with great people who followed through. We got the car much earlier than we thought. It was the best experience, as we have used other transporters to L.A. and Hawaii. Thank you Greg (more)

28 days and lies later i recieved my 1979 vintage vette original owner with a damaged front and rear end refuse to pay. Driver said to me what do you expect for a car this old(what) repair cost $2000 to some it up Greg is an ASS... (more)

: Horrendous Experience
I recently moved from California to Wisconsin and had the misfortune of having Sun Rise Auto Transport move my car via a broker (American Car Movers). The car was delivered a week and a half late! It took 23 days for the car to arrive! The driver of the truck moving my car never bothered to call me and provide me with updates. Greg, the owner/manager, of Sun Rise went out of the country and did not delegate his responsibilities to anyone; as a result I was completely in the dark.
When I finally got a hold of Greg, he kept telling me that the car would arrive "today". "Today" didn't happen for another 4 days! And when the car finally arrived, items were stolen from within the vehicle. But Greg's approach was "not my problem" regarding the delay and the items stolen.
This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had and the attitude of Greg and his staff at Sun Rise Auto Transport made it all the worse. They refused to take ownership of the huge delay it took to bring my car.
STAY AWAY FROM SUN RISE AUTO TRANSPORT!!! (more)

: Don't use them
Sunrise Auto Transport damaged my vehicle and has not paid for the repairs. "Greg" asked me to get three quotes and now will not return my phone calls or emails. Avoid this company. It was chosen by the dealership I purchased the car from. Do not make the same mistake. (more)
