: I did not get a response.
The only reason they received 2 stars was because my cars arrived intact. The female dispatcher hated her job and was very nasty every time we spoke. When I booked thru my moving company, they told me there was be a deposit taken out the next day. It came out the same day and I put a fraud alert on my card and it was cancelled which added to the hassle. Then they shipped my cars early and I had to have them stored for a day which increased my costs. I found out that they are the broker that gets the deals, gets paid but gets another company to do the actual transport. When I called to see if they could pay the storage costs since I told them the first available day that I could receive my cars I did not get a response. I would not ever use them again. (more)

I used Regal because my mover recommended them. They were friendly and original from the beginning.
After I had given them my deposit I read some of the horrible reviews. I asked my mover and he said not to worry because he sends them lots of business and has had no complaints.
I had to cancel my first transport because of my other car acting up. However I spoke to Ronnie G. twice and he was able to arrange a pickup the very next day.
Long story short they shipped my car from Florida to Texas and I could not be happier (more)

They always provide the service at a very reasonable rate.There quote has a exact specification and helped in moving my cars to the place with out any damages.I appreciate the service.Good job guys!!! (more)

: Regal Transport
Shipped my 2008 Nissan 350Z Nismo CA to FL. My car is lowered, with 4 inches of ground clearance, and has ground effects and a rear wing. The driver, Alex, owns the truck. He was right on time with pick-up and delivery, and was very careful with my car. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. (more)
