This is the third time that I shipped a car using Pyramid Transport. They do an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. They are also extremely courteous. Company is unreliable, unprofessional not to honor the promise to complete/do their job.... Placed an order with them a week in advance (same company that reached out to me to get our new business) then on the pickup date was informed the driver did not want to work over the 4th of July weekend. I was left scrambling to find another transportation company at the last minute. Contacted their Business Develop Manager and was told with pity apology and nothing else. We relied on this company to honor their promise to deliver on the schedule date and they did not deliver. I received an email a few days later inquiring about the status of the order. They never found another driver not sure if they even made an attempt. A company that allows their drivers to cancel at the last minutes, does not deserve our business.  (more)

This is the second time we have used Pyramid Transport in less than a year and we received the same great service from Pyramid Transport and the transport driver. I was truly impressed with the service I received when shipping my car. The driver and the owner of the company were polite, responsive and accurate and everything went as was promised. What makes Pyramid Transport a great company to do business with is the open communication and they actually do care about their customers. Their service was very fast and the driver was polite and car arrived with no damage. Communication was great. They were on time, very honest, and my vehicle arrived safely.
