Overall, the move went pretty smoothly. Pickup was exactly on the day promised, and delivery was made 1 day early. I did get a phone call 24 hours before delivery, and then a few hours on that day, so I was able to make plans to receive my Volvo XC60. These guys are horrible and unfair to the industry. While they intercept vehicles to prevent other transporters from picking up the load, they leave your car sitting in their company lot before it has a driver for that route. Absolutely do not use this carrier my 1970 barracuda showed up with brake fluid on the roof from another car. I said something about it but the driver just rubbed it off and stated it was fine. Couldn't have been easier.

NAO auto shipped my car from Seattle to Pittsburgh for a competitive $950. Shipment was first delayed by one week, then "maybe two weeks, maybe more". Very inconvenient, but understandable for cross-country shipping. What was not understandable was that it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them. Impossible to reach driver, dispatch, front office, anyone.
