Masney Auto Transport was hired to bring a 79 Pontiac Trans Am from Florida to Las Vegas / When the vehicle was received the T-Tops were severely damaged with scratching, and gouging, Masney has refused to honor this claim stating that (1) The tops were damaged after the vehicle was in our care, more than likely by a garage door hitting the tops while we pulled the car in our garage, (2) Masney state that their "app" device shows no scratching on the T-Tops of the vehicle during pickup and delivery / Their "app" pictures as they call it are taken at a distance of 20 feet away from the car, however taking their "app" pictures and blowing them up clearly DO SHOW scratching on the T-Tops at the time of delivery of the vehicle BEFORE we even took possession of the vehicle. The owner of Masney Tracie Hedges stated that she was confident this issue would be resolved to satisfaction - 34 minutes later we receive a denial on the claim. Further communication with Masney has been non existent, It would appear Masney Operatues an Unethical Business and Truthfully does not care about the damage they do to customers vehicles while in their care, they will look for every and any reason to not pay any claim that they know they created. My car is very close to me. I treat it as it was one of my families. I become nervous when I think about transporting it to somewhere who doesn't know that my lovable car is in my family. Finally I came up with the conclusion that I am going to shift it only with Masney Auto Transport Company that has experience and good recommendations. Everything was great and my car arrived in perfect condition! Thanks you guys!  (more)
