Needs transportation for my son. I found Mercy through a friend. Setting up the appointment was easy and they were very professional.
The driver called before arrival. Showed up 5 minutes before the scheduled pick up time.
The driver was friendly and professional. The car was clean.

I was looking for a trusted broker who would be willing to negotiate a price that was in my budget. The quotes I was getting from other carriers were up to $1400. AmeriFreight's quote was around $1050. When I asked if they would take it for $960, they said absolutely. I wished I had gone even lower- I think they would have taken it. My car was listed and accepted by a driver within 24 hours. Pickup was prompt, delivery was fine (they let us change both the pickup and the dropoff address at the last minute) except that the car arrived too early- better than too late, but I still wish they could have helped me get it there a little closer to my desired delivery date. Still, I don't think it was really in their control since the car was under the control of the driver at that point, not AmeriFreight. I would definitely work with AmeriFreight again.
