Kapa Transport, LLC - Review

This is my first out of state shipping experience. Kapa was great to deal with, I chose them because of their price and positive reviews on this site. The whole process went very smooth, they were able to pick-up the car within a couple of days of me submitting the order, I actually had to have them hold off for a few days so I could ensure the seller had received the payment. They picked up the car as indicated. Even with $71 flights to Denver I think it was still cheaper in the end to go with transport when you factor in all the costs of a ~1400 mile drive, not including the factor of winter in Colorado. Thanks to Sheala @ Kapa for answering my questions and emailing me on the status of the shipment. I also appreciate them working directly with the seller at the pick-up location rather than having myself be the liaison. All in all, a great experience, I definitely use them again.  (more)

I used another company before but found them to be expensive and after having difficulty picking up my last vehicle (other company would not ship it due to a periodic transmission slip after it drives for 20 minutes or so) I had Kapa do this move and another one after that. They were great and helpfull. The shipment was on time and their drivers were able to work around the hours of business operation to deliver the vehicle. Their drivers also required no assistance to load the vehicle and contacted the pick up contact and made all of the arrangements with them. Thanks and you will see my business again Aaron  (more)

The truck assigned to this tow was clean, well maintained and properly equipped. The driver communicated perfectly and provided friendly, professional service. This is the first time we shipped our Car from one state to another state using the car transport.They not only provided the lowest price but they explained me the transportation process completely. I feel comfortable and almost confident that my vehicle will get to my destination in the same condition I had it before.They did excellent job, my car arrived in perfect condition.Every thing went perfect from start to end.In the future I will seek out this company if need be and I will refer friends and family as customers to the Kapa Transport.  (more)

This was an exceptionally great experience. I was extremely pleased with the service and the results. They communicated in a timely manner. Everyone was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. The car was delivered without a scratch. The prices were very reasonable. I would recommend Kapa Transport to anyone who needs to transport a car; for the price, car of automobile, and transport time.  (more)
