I do not recommend this company. This is a broker who brokers cars to other companies. Jay Morin (the owner) is very rude on the phone. Find another company . Read more ....

I highly recommend Jays auto transport. We just transported my new Toyota RAV4 from SF to Oberlin, Ohio. Jay gave us a price that was much lower than I expected and he made the entire process easy and smooth. We have never done this before and it turned out really well. The driver was right on time, fast and Read more ....

Had the worst experience with this broker. when i called Jay "the owner" for a load instead of politely stating he could not assign the load to me he proceeded to make discriminatory and racist remarks based on my phone numbers area code of 786 and my drivers area code of 305. That is correct this person so called "professional" Read more ....

Jay was the only Broker I found who was honest with me, and said he could not promise shipping dates nor a final shipping price. I respected this after dealing with other brokers who were just looking out for themselves. He explained the whole shipping process including things to watch out for with other brokers. (Which I first hand witnessed.) Read more ....

This transport company is not to be trusted. I used them and they were not honest about the charges. The owner Jaycee is a slime ball. Rude and condescending. I hope the feds come in and investigate these clowns for tax evasion. Trust me go elsewhere for your shipping needs Read more ....

Jay is awesome. After going through 3-4 transporters, Jay was so knowledgeable and honest with me. He explained everything to me about how the transportation market works
You have to remember that he is a broker, not the trucking company. The trucking company decides the prices they will take, taking many different scenarios into account.
Smooth transaction!!! Thank Read more ....

I like working with Jay. He is the owner. you can tell instantly when you begin talking to him he has many years of experience in the auto transport industry. There was no pressure to buy. He was more concerned with me knowing exactly how the process works then making a sale. Call Jay. You'll never want to deal Read more ....

I have a copy of a letter from Kena authorizing the $475.00 COD amount in order to expedite her order. This review is posted by Jay because this site does not verify or allow companies to respond to reviews. They want me to pay in order to respond or dispute a review (that's crazy). Read more ....

Bad communication skills. Forgets payment agreements we made a few days before delivery, but can remember email I wrote weeks ago. This guy gave me an offer of $475 to move my car and I SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR $475. I paid my $100 deposit, and he told me that I would owe the driver the remaining balance of $375. Read more ....
