The pickup and delivery date was according to schedule. Pricing was great, as a matter of fact the lowest qoute. Charged $250 on my American Express and the balance of $650, a day after after the delivery of the car. Very good communication. Definitely recommend. Read more ....

Service satisfaction is split half and half. Sometimes they are great, sometimes not so much. The dispatchers answering the calls are sometimes nice and helpful, and sometimes are rude and need an attitude check. They do not have service for late at night, unfortunately, but that may just be for those requests made via insurance companies.

I have been using J T Transportation since I was a child. They are what you expect from a car service. Everyones experience will be different based on the driver that gets dispatched.

Long lasted company, declining in services.
I used to trust this car service company.
Lately, the dispatcher is always rude, many drivers are always on phone with or without headset while driving customers to their destinations. When on phone, each sentence contains some profanity...... sometime complaining life, sometimes complaining the previous riders.... Very very unprofessional!

Been using J T Transportation for about 3 weeks now. Service is decent and friendly.
The dispatcher is straightforward and gets the job done. While the drivers are friendly and on time if not, they will call and state they are running a bit late due to traffic or what not. Read more ....
