We contracted Freightcenter to pick up a shipment from our customer who is about 90 miles away. They had it picked up no problem but then it was taken to a freight terminal where it sat. We tried for 3 days to get an answer of when it would be delivered from their customer non-service department that kept giving us Read more ....

I had a piece of Gym equipment shipped. The seller dropped it off at the wrong location in the same town. Approximately 6 miles difference. Instead of Freight Center telling the seller to take it to the correct location, they accepted it and charged me an additional $210. When I went to dispute the claims they would not reverse the Read more ....

My husband and my father in law own a cleaning company in Florida. They wanted to ship an industrial type vacuum to California. Delivered my bike without a hassle. It's freight so you can't expect it to be on time. Things happen. Roads close and we all see accidents on the side of the road every day. At the end of the day, we all want our bike. If it's at a good price and I package it right, it's good to go. Read more ....
