I was very good about calling and updating me as to who the shipper would be. They were also very accommodating, as I was on a tight schedule for pickup and delivery. This was my first time using shippers and I wasn't sure what to expect, but this was definitely easier than expected. The delivery probably would have been sooner, but due to valid reason it was delayed. And that can be acceptable. Overall, this was a good experience, the car arrived at me without any damage, and I would recommend them and use them again.  (more)
