The representative who handled my contract I think was named Linda. I called more than 4 weeks prior to needing their service of transporting my vehicles across the country. Linda quoted me a price that beat all their competitors pricing, unfortunately Evergreen Auto Transport didn't come through with their end of the deal. Linda also told me if I paid in full by credit card, she would also be able to get an even bigger discount for me. So I paid a total of over $1,600. I authorized her my digital signature and she wrote up the contract to include pick up time and date of my two vehicles. 5 days prior to my scheduled/contracted pick up date, I contacted Linda to make confirmation. She told me they were still working on finding me a company to do the dealer. It was then I realized they were just the brokers! 3 days prior I contacted her again, and still they did not have a contracted company. I was starting to get very concerned because not only was I trying to move my vehicles, I was also moving my entire family and all our belongings. 2 days prior to scheduled/contracted pick up of my vehicles and still Evergreen did not have anybody. They kept telling me not to worry and that somebody would be there for me. 1 day prior and still nothing. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but she was equally as useless. Finally the day of pick up, Evergreen still DID NOT have anybody to pick up my vehicles. They caused me a lot of undue stress and I finally went with another company. The other company found me a contracted licensed truck company to pick up my vehicles within 15 MINUTES!!!  (more)

I have never dealt with a company that has such poor business practices as this company. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Evergreen was contracted to ship my vehicle across the country. They were very efficient in taking my money. After that the efficiency ended. They had underbid the job to ship my vehicle and then failed to admit to their mistake. They would not respond to any emails or voicemails. My vehicle got assigned (supposedly) but there were not any details. I emailed asking for details. I called asking for details. Nothing. I finally called the trucking firm that supposedly was assigned to deliver my vehicle and they told me that they did not accept the assignment! After several calls to talk to a human being at Evergreen, Jerry and he was clueless as to the fact that the trucking firm did not accept the assignment and that the truck had already left. Finally I gave up and cancelled my order. Amazing how I got a quick response confirming the fact that my order was cancelled and "My Refund Check" was on its way. 24 days later and I am still waiting. I went to their website and tried all of the contact emails and none of them worked. I got bounce back emails stating that the emails I sent were undeliverable. after 7 days had gone by with no word, i called them. I was told they couldn't find someone to take my car and I had to change my area. so I agreed to drive 100 miles to the nearest city, even though I payed for door to door service. Latter that day my husband was called and told that we could have our car transported, but it was going to cost more money because they had to talk the driver into taking our car. so with 2 hrs. notice we drove our car, and one to get home with, to the city on friday at 4:oo pm. when we got there we found out evergreen gave him the wrong address. so I called them, I was told that their job was done, and that it was our problem if he wanted more money. sure enough, when the car got there, he wanted more money. And he was early, so no one was there to get the car. Please don't get sucked in to the scam, you'll be sorry.  (more)

Please, don't use this company! You will regret it. They try to come off like they are helpful and nice, but it only comes off in a unprofessional manner. Totally incompetent, give misleading information constantly, lie, try to get you to pay more once you have already paid- they did not pick up my car for over 30 days later (it was close to 2 months), then after I started calling every day they said I could pay $150 more and they could find a driver. I had no choice, so I paid it- to only find they would pick it up where they said they would. Many, many excuses along the way and no actions. Refused to give me any of my money back so I could go elsewhere. Again, do not use!!!  (more)

First, I had Katie set up the order for two vehicles to be pick up and I paid them in full. I waited and waited for them to find a carrier and the diesel fuel went up higher by then. I got a call from a Brenda I asked were was katie, will she do's not work here anymore. then when they did get a carrier the drive said he could not pick up the cars because they were in a residential area. both girls did not ask me about that. or I would have moved the cars out of the residentail area. so that carrier's driver had to try and bring them out of the residentail area. To make a long story short, the carrier delivered only one car to me. and left the other car down there in Florida. when the car was ready for delivery to me thay were going to charge me more money. so I had to drive down to pick up the car at the carriers parking lot 120 miles one way. No door to door delivery. they said they would not refund my money. .SO WHAT DO I DO NOW??? So I have only one car deliverd and the other is still down in Fla. I paid for two cars to be delivery to me and it did not happen. i think that Evergreen Auto Transport should refund me the money for the one car they did not deliver. I would like to get what i paid for. I have called and called Evergreen but know will call me back. all they do is give me the run around. Please stay away for this transport. they are a rip off.  (more)

This is by far the worst and most unprofessional business transaction I have ever endured.Truck was eventually put on a transport then delayed ,was told driver fired for failed drug test.new schedule. Called Dorothy to confirm new departure ,was told Yes on the way and will be delivered on time.Called driver,owner.never left, couldn't find driver.said he will drive himself,another week, more delays and excuses, finally was told he was on the way and would keep in touch.never answered my calls.get a call on day of supposed delivery.Yes.but  (more)

This may sound harsh and is my first time entering a review only because of how unfair this company is. I shipped 2 cars from Hawaii to Texas with M2Reeves and these monkeys bought their phone numbers. The Evergreen boss is dishonest. I am now moving to Seattle and talked to Lorri who quoted me $1580 for both cars. When I opened her email, I found the total was $1630 - $50 more! When I talked to her she said she didn't change it and suspects the boss changed it on her. I says you need to tell the boss not to change your quote and fix this. She says she'll talk to him and get back with me. She never did! Further, they put a reservation in for me; which I did not authorize. It disgusts me when business people are dishonest and don't keep their word. Of course there are many customers out there that try to cheat; I am not one of those people! I warn you all about Evergreen Auto and strongly recommend that you do NOT do business with them !!!!  (more)

This is the WORST auto transport service ever. Here are terrible things that they had done to me. 1. First, the driver ask me to driver 12 miles to some gas station to give the car to him. Is it a door to door service? How can I go back home after I gave him my car? I understand that truck drivers don't drive through some small roads, but I was living on a wide major road. After I decline, the driver kept saying bad words to me, call me trouble maker. WTF! 2. On the day before delivery, I called the driver to make sure if they can arrive on time. The driver complains why I always mess him up. This guy was totally ridiculous! 3. They finally delivered the car, but at 1AM. I found that there were a lot of scratches. When I talked about these to the driver, he denied it and even said F*** word to me. What a terrible service!!! 4. The arguments with the company about the scratches is still going on so far after 3 weeks. Do NOT use their service. NEVER! NEVER!!!  (more)
