I have shipped my car across the country twice with Eagle Auto Transport: first from CA to NC in 2020, then from NC to CA three years later. I called them up last minute to ship my SUV from Old Town Chicago to Key West Florida. A tricky request given not many ship all the way to the Keys. This is not really a transportation company. The guy is just a middle man for placing your car. He will tell you anything. You cannot rely on his guarantee of the time when your car will be picked up or the time that it will arrive. Read more ....

Poor communication, they never proactively communicated with me, I have to call/text when pick up day was approaching only to find out pick up will be late.
